Who do I awaken

I have sunspot, thing (maxed out), human torch, silver surfer, iw cap and sentinel. Who should I awaken and why, everyone but thing is rank 1 but I should be able to get them to r4 pretty quick.

If you have a lot of signature stones, awaken Cap IW. There are a ton of tutorials on YouTube regarding his utility (shrugging off debuffs, heal reversal, etc).

I don't think I have a lot of signature stones left at the moment, does this change your recommendation at the moment?

CapIW sig ability is the biggest difference maker amongst those champions. He’ll get you through the most content.
