Shouldn’t Loki be coldsnap and frostbite immune

Watching Thor with the kids and it’s dawned on me that Loki should be taking any damage from cold damage (not sure where original post went)

The answer is No. No champion in the game will necessarily have an ability, unless implemented by the team.
In this case, he isn't immune. Not in this game, as he doesn't have such ability
