Omega red Bug with recent update

After recent update Omega red's essence steal is not stealing the opponents power after sp3. I tried it in Act 6.3.1, bio hard path. I happened in 3 fights.
It is draining the opponents power. But omega red is not getting any power at all.
Is this a nerf ?

3 fights are invisible women, green goblin and modak

The power you get back is based on how many spores you have on the opponent. At max spores I think you get back 1 bar so if you only have a few spores on you may not see the power steal.

I have 30 death spores. Opponents drained their power from 3 bars to less than a bar of power. But I did not get any power back at all.

For Invisible Woman, did you have any Exhaustion debuffs on you?
For MODOK, did he throw an L1 just before or after you launched your L3?
Green Goblin passively inhibits power gain...so you likely won't see the full power back from that.

We'll really need photos/videos to really help, but all the enemies you listed have a way to interfere with Omega Red's power gain mechanic.

This ^^^ tough to say something is a bug without a video or something illustrating it.

Well I didn't know these things. May be this could have happened. Too much of things to remember
