AI blocks special after combo

Omega red Bug with recent update
After recent update Omega red's essence steal is not stealing the opponents power after sp3. I tried it in Act 6.3.1, bio hard path. I happened in 3 fights. It is draining the opponents power. But omega red is not getting any power at all. Is this a nerf ?

Need explaination for champion synergy with Thing

Mysterio vs Particle protector in variant 2
According to Mysterio abilities, he should be immune to all kinds of ability accuracy reduction. But in variant 2 particle protector node is reducing the ability accuracy.
