**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

Despair mastery not working correctly

Despair at rank 3 states that debuffs applied reduce healing and regeneration by 15% each. That means at 7 debuffs the reduction should be 105%, or zero health gain. While fighting with invisible woman in arena, I had applied 20 vulnerability debuffs on the defender, yet their willpower still gained health. I was not able to get a screenshot of that fight, however, I did get one from a cull obsidian fight with 9 debuffs and the defender still gaining health from willpower. Please fix so that this mastery works correctly, and can stop regen\health gain like stated.

    It caps at 100%, for some reason kabam has a really hard time getting this across after getting the mastery to actually function as intended. At least they fixed the parry mastery’s description though!

    I’m not stating it should be more than 100%, just saying that it shouldn’t allow any regen\health gain at all. The 105% was simple math to show 7 debuffs was enough to stop the gain.

    While despair caps at 100% (likely 99.99%) there is a mastery and some champions that increase their heal rate to >100%.

    Antman, colossus, and Hawkeye are not in that group. Those are the three defenders I faced in arena. I do also have petrify in my mastery setup. That additional reduction should be enough to stop salve and willpower. Willpower only adds regen, it doesn’t increase regen rate. Only salve increases regen rate by 15%. So with salve, the regen our health gain would be capped at 115%. Despair with petrify should be able to be 130%, since petrify isn’t limited by the 100% cap.

    Sure petrify does give an additional 30% on top of despair, however that antman isn’t stunned. Replicate the fight and add a stun boom no healing.

    Yes this is correct recovery mastery increases your Heath regen beyond the 100% of that heal
    Think of it like how SS only takes 100% less damage from shock
    A champs will regen 500 health over 2 seconds that’s 125 per tick
    So over those two seconds you will regenerate 100% of the 500 health
    Now things like petrify and dispare reduce it by x% so over the 2 seconds you’ll only regenerate 100%-x% of potency= % of the 500 health regenerated
    Dispare caps at 100% so if you push the healing past 100% potency it won’t reduce the amount of health after 100%
    I said just like how SS takes 100% less damage from shock this is because on enhanced shock by x% will mean that he takes the “enhanced” damage

    You're talking about the Recovery mastery, not Salve.

    These guys are correct. Recovery is coded to go above and beyond. At max, Recovery can give an additional 15% healing for a total of 115% healing rate. Despair can only reduce healing by 100%, so at 7+ debuffs, the enemy will still have access to 15% of their healing rate.
