If 5*, I'd say he warrants a rank 4.
If 4*, I'd say he's r5 worthy.
He has enough qualities to quantify those ranks

Mauled

He has a few niche uses in Act 6, so if you have T2A lying around he’s probably not a bad choice. I wouldn’t put him in the top ½ of mutants though, so it depends on who you have ranked up and what your resources/gold look like. I wouldn’t bankrupt myself for him

Etjama

Depend how high of a rank-up you're talking. He has some solid uses because of his energy damage to power/damage conversion.
