With all due respect, you have touched none of the issues the community raised, a fact which is clear since "these changes have been in the works for months now"
anything you've done there doesn't fix the biggest issues in the end game-
no better rewards for arenas / daily missions / event quests
no cavalier difficulty
no improvement to the crystals that just keep giving the worst champs in game
no more sig stones availability
and the worst thing of all- NO REASON TO LOG INTO THE GAME!
we are currently 3/5 into one of the most boring months I've personally seen in 4 years of playing MCOC, tomorrow I will probably finish exploring normal difficulty of the event quests and that's it - 2 more weeks with nothing to do in the game except the once a day red room.
it's great that you guys decided to share with us your short (and in 2 weeks longer) term plans, but if the game will continue at this state there's no guarantee that 3 months from now won't be too late.
it's a great game, so so many people love it, please help us keep feel satisfied with it and not cursing it every time we log into nothing.
