Is it just me who can’t get a normal buff in incursions after the terrible defensive buffs addition?
I’ve found myself entering incursion about 13 times yesterday just to quit immediately because every round 1 or 2 out of the 4 available hacks are useless defensive hacks. Neutralize doesn't prevent buffs on 8.2.6
As you can see Neutralize is active but Herc's buffs keep activating for some reason, very painful! My video isn't accepted, here are screenshots: 00:24- Clearly just activated Neut 00:27 - Neut is still active 00:28- Herc triggers power gain (worked the same with the indestruc/unblock buffs)
