please fix the passiveness of arena fights!!

I learned to live with all the connection problem that makes people lose tons of points even after they win, but please make the opponents a bit more aggressive!
it's not rare for the defender to block 4-5 straight medium hits without even releasing block once, and baiting a special attack sometimes feels impossible, the opponent just walking towards you barely even doing a light attack which make the fight last 3 times more then it should.
i'm not suggesting to make it harder in any way, it's not supposed to effect newer players or anything like that, just please at least make the defenders throw their specials. (i'm an end-game player, already finished 6.2, i'm not having problems baiting specials cause i'm not good enough)
