Just went to ROL 30!!! Times and got zero times 6 persistent charges. Please send 6 small energy refill to compensate the energy i lost log in and out because of your mistake.
And the connection is still doing so many problems but i guess you know that already..

    ST has a chance on every match start to get between 0-6 charges. The more charges, the lower the chance for them to happen.

    I dont think this is anything besides your fault, really. Its rare for him to have 6 charges

    The chance to get 3 or 6 charges should be always the same. It doesn't mean that 6 charges are rarer than 3. I also noticed that 6 charges never appear. That's not fair.

    I often get 6 charges,
    In arena.
