Unable to access previously gated paths in 5.3

I'm unable to access previously gated paths in act 5.3, even after 100% exploration of the chapter and the act, when I tried re running them. Please help

    I did it. I don't need keys. I 100% act 5 a year ago

    You do need keys even if you did it. Contact support for more keys. They will give them to you
