multiple bans

so my question is if someone is banned for a week for violationg toa then donesnt do anything wrong and put of nowhere gets a perm ban. u already punished said person the first time and took away whatever was earned but then whats reasong for new one? momey was spent and no mods or units or whatever people get banned for diddnt happen since last ban. why not just do it first time because it send the message like u did wrong heres ur acct dont mess up again but u just take it back its just wrong espically after someone just spent money like the day before.... @Kabam Miike if you could shed some light on to what that happens? i know yall can check so do the research and see that nothing bad was done to alter game or units or heros in any way

Could be temp ban turns to perm ban after they do more investigation. And that is both sharing (against rules) and mod version (even worse).
Anyways, they can not help you here on Forums, they do not have access to game accounts.
