Improper ban

Hi, I'm Klayton and my nickname in MTC is Klayton_show,

Today a got the message my account is banned for 719 hours. I never used any cheat, mirror program or application, I never insulted anyone in game and I only play the game in my iPhone. Please, I'd like your support team to help me and provide me a support too.
