I got permanently banned for "Violating A Terms Of Service Violation"

I went onto mcoc today to claim my daily prize when I logged out and apparently I got permanently banned for Violating A Terms Of Service Violation when I didn't even do anything wrong. It's been a few weeks since I last went onto marvel so I was shocked. I didn't do anything wrong. Please try to get my account Back. My mcoc username is defectivehero2. Plz help.

You’ve broke the tos, emulators modding hacking mercing etc, and if it’s permanent chances are you’ve been banned for it before
