Robots - Benefit from Willpower - Vision OG - Buff to Specials / Damage?

(1) Could Robots benefit from Willpower? When the game was introduced, robots were the only dual immune class. Now many champions are dual immune or better and also benefit from Willpower without having to be a robot! One could say their AI evolved to develop willpower?
(2) Could Vision OG as the only pay by unit champion get a little buff to his damage and in particular his specials? He's a special character but his specials are so not special!
