Poster sums it but be we are a very organized alliance that is looking for a few skilled and reliable replacements. Tons of talent and knowledge in this Alliance doing well to balance out life and rewards in both AQ and AW. Currently on cruise control in Top150 AQ and cruise control for Platinum 3 AW. Looking to push ourselves back into Top 90 AQ and higher in AW.

    Retirement guy that joined us last week realized he did want to spend more time with his kids and found that MCOC is still just too much for him so he is going back into retirement! :#
