Legends celebration crystal

I haven't received the free crystal (the one where you have to pick BWCV, Sorcerer Supreme or Mojo) from the mail yet. Is it given out through mail or am I mistaken?

Why isn’t this 7-hour Celebration Crystal claimable from the Home Screen ??

Thought the Announcement said it would be claimable from same spot as normal 4-hr Free and Daily Crystals are.
With it NOT visible from Home Screen, do we have to actually go into Crystal tab every time we login basically to see if it's up ?

(2nd pic below is timer for next 4-hr Free Crystal, which is where it takes me if I click it. It doesn’t take me to the Celebration crystal, even though Celebration is sitting there ready to be claimed if I go hunting for it)

Game Mail actually states... “Every 7 hours users WILL RECEIVE”.
Not “can receive” or “must be online and claim in order to receive”, but actually “will receive” (without regards to having to do anything).

Or at least in Forum Announcement, it at least says “Claim SAME WAY as you do 4-hr and Daily Crystals”... which clearly implies from the Timer on the Home Screen.

Neither of which seems to be the case.

Yeah its pretty inconvenient but hasn't it been this way forever? Still it should've been changed

It just started (well, ok, yesterday it started). Went searching for it first time I logged on yesterday, and saw the timer just began. Then sort of forgot about it because assumed I would just be claiming it each time along with Free/Daily on Home Screen.

Can’t remember if previous years had similar 3rd Claimable special crystal, but I do think there had been one, and that you got it from Timer same as others.

I'm pretty sure there have been some other types of crystals that weren't directly claimable from the main screen. Don't know about the timers on them as I wasn't around on any such occasion. But I have a vague picture in my mind of seeing them in a youtube video

Ughh, you’re right (the Choice one, yep should be in Mail or Stash), I was just going off his Title of “Legends Celebration Crystal” which is the wording of these 7-hour ones.

Oh well, sort of turned the thread into what anyone searching on Title might be looking for 😀

Yeah, I was expecting the Legends Celebration crystal to be on the home screen with the 4hr/daily icon because Kabam mentioned it would be the same way we claim them now... I definitely do NOT go to my crystal inventory to claim the 4hr or Daily crystal but use the quick option on the main screen because I'm there frequently and can see the timer easily. Definitely something that I think they should look into incorporating for future events to make this experience a bit better.
