Lost all my progression in Omega boss rush

So i spent 1200 units on the omega boss rush but i was on man- thing and then i started to do some arenas for some extra units grind and suddenly i was kicked out of the quest. I dont know what to do , i lost all of my progression 😭

Try to reopen the app does it say your temporary banned?

Well i had the units and kept screwing up cuz of sweat lol

This is proof for some of the guys who think i am bs-ing.
First photo is of me trying omega boss rush, using 1k units and stuck on the quest.
Next photo is of me kicked out of the quest without my progression.

Idk how i got kicked. One thing, i was grinding arena for units, next thing, i am out of the quest.

I sent a ticket. They replied which is not related to the query.
