Is Nebula good for AQ or AW?

i recently acquired a 4* Nebula, duped her and ranked her up to 4/40. I have used her a few times as im still exploring Act 4. would she be any good for AW or AQ??

I don't really think so. I feel like she depends so much on blocking, and takes so much damage from it, that she isn't really a decent option. Her healing requires she take a crit/fury hit, heavy, or special (which you should avoid). There is that video of someone beating RoL WS, but she had almost no health at the end of the fight.

Personally, I think she's just good for arena fodder (unless you need a champ that is poison/bleed immune, and have no other options).
