CGR or Herc to R3 first.
I'm a few shards away from my first cosmic t5cc and I just pulled Herc a few ago. I have been using CGR for the past few months and he was always the one I was going to R3 but now that Herc just arrived, I'm now in a dilemma Help and include why please. Thank you.

Is Nebula good for AQ or AW?
i recently acquired a 4* Nebula, duped her and ranked her up to 4/40. I have used her a few times as im still exploring Act 4. would she be any good for AW or AQ??
