Try to bait special 2 more than special 1.

So far I've beat him twice. Once with Hulkbuster and second with Captain America Infinity War no problem. I'm just Uncollected though

I was about to ask if Corvus would work, just hitting into his block repeatedly.

I did it with 4 charges, cosmic power boost & 15% attack boost. Bit over kill but hey. Ghost is definitely the better option though but fully ramped up Corvus can work even if he has just shy of 400k health

Yeah, G99 works. Tried her on my last run and got it even though I lost my combo early and built it up to just lose it again

2 more examples with HT and Magik. In my 4* run, my 5/50 Ultron was great. He can absorb and heal back most of that L1/L2 block damage (should you choose to block if you don't have the evade down yet - I don't got it 100%

). Name of the game is to have your intercept game on point in order to do some real damage with that passive Fury up. Anyone that can lock his power down will also be great.
