Not sure you understood that correctly. I don’t think you can just wait it out, or even begin to move your negative balance into the black by normal accumulation of Units from quests or arena crystals, etc.

Think you’ll actually have to purchase a special Contest Credit offer (which should be available instead of the normal Unit Store items to purchase).

Unless you meant “wait it out” until such time as they actually make that offer to you of that Contest Credit that you can purchase in order to get out from Negative Credits.

Well thats the thing I don't have that option available to me or else I would but the credits to get my negative balance taken off ... which is weird because I have not bought units from any other sources than the game itself

If you buy something in the game, and then contact Apple or Google for a refund, then Kabam can put you in a negative unit balance.

I'm not sure if that's the only way for it to happen.

Yeah I asked for a refund because I didn't receive my items it was a daily card

If you buy something in the game, and then contact Apple or Google for a refund, then Kabam can put you in a negative unit balance. Otherwise, you're getting the items but not having to pay for them.

I'm not sure if there are other ways to go negative, but that's the one Kabam warned of when they first developed this.
