Is Wolverine Weapon-X missing from being able to duel him?

II tried Weapon-X, WeaponX, Wolverine Weap and all I could think of, and he isn't showing up?

Anyone know how Kabam listed him so we can duel him?

You can go directly to the boss In the pirates quest and hope to find him. If he’s not there the first time, you’ll have to beat the boss there to refresh the map.

If you do find him, fight but don’t beat him, pause quit and restart over and over

some champions dont come up, i remember a while ago i tried mr fantastic and it didnt work dont know if he shows up now though as it was a while ago.

Checking leaderboard tab in-game works. Everyone and their mother there has a r3+ WPX.
Just takes a bit of searching.
For duels, just heading to their profile works.

I believe they disabled the dueling targets a while ago and they've yet to bring it back now that practice mode is a thing. I know a lot of people still want some version of a Danger Room training area but they've yet to establish something like that in the game
