Bug in 5.3.6

in Bugs and Known Issues
I grind 5.3.6 for revives and energy refills, but recently i have been facing this issue, wherein i cannot go to most of the paths in the chapter.
Paths i can go to are the Red hulk path and the ronan to the left unnoded path.
Paths i cannot go to are the left(punisher)- right(hulk)- top right (dr.strange/ghostrider).

    Keys.... you need the class keys

    Hey there, our Support Team would the best equipped to help with this. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".

    It wasn't a bug, i was missing the keys.
    It's been so long i explored act 5, i forgot there were gates in them and once unlocked these gates are not visible even though they are there.
    I wrote to support and they provided me 100 keys of each class, so yeah back to grinding.
