If you could buff one champ with just one change - who would it be and why?

I’d buff Guilotine to stack bleeds with that huge sword that could eventually commingle into a magical “neurotoxin” of sorts (like AA).

I’ve always loved her animations and it would make so much sense given her weapon and her character profile.

Or maybe the bleeds stack to form a curse which deals damage for each buff the opponent has (to lean into the mystic class advantage over cosmic)

Rogue's Sig ability should increase the duration of her buff steal by up to 50%. Or slow the timer whilst blocking, or something.

There are so many champs with ridiculously long special Attacks now that it's physically impossible to hold onto her buffs whilst they play out.

Edit: if only one change then it will have to be evade chance increase as 15% is too low and needs a huge bump
