Labyrinth freezes

Kabam please help my game keeps freezing whenever I try to fight in labyrinth . To be specific it freezes when I hit the fight button. What should I do?

are you using android ?

It seems it's a known issue .. unfortunately, I'm not sure they're doing anything about it (yet)
