If you’re gonna be running Karnak, suicides are kind of a must have. Not only does it bump up his damage a lot, but it gives him a permanent regen since he’s poison resistant

if your roster were to have like 10 5/65s I'd get it, but sigging and rank 5ing a karnak as ur 3rd rank5 is kinda...i dont wanna say dumb but like you could do someone else and make ur act5-6 exploration easier, karnak is just oof

It's merely a rank up for fun. Am still finding new areas to use him.
Sp1 for true strike, His focus mode gives him very high crit chance, his sp2 does more damage the lower health enemy has, and his sp3 has a 80% AAR. Sp2 is his main damage source in focus mode

Oh no. Karnak is a very bad champ. And I run Suicides.

His damage is low, even for how often he crits. His SP1 True Strike is WAY too short and on top of that it does almost 0 damage. Besides the poison reduction his Awakened Ability is almost useless, it should lower the potency off all DOT debuffs.

Even with the Royal Family synergy he is underwhelming. He needs a full synergy team just to be average.
