What are your thoughts About the root node? And how do you counter it?

I personally don’t mind the root node because the speeding on specials is pretty easy but it gets annoying baiting out specials does anyone know any counters for it?

Learn the rhythm of the Special Attacks, if you can't evade them you can block the attack unless you're fighting someone say... Rogue on her SP1.

I use Archangel if they can be bled and poisoned.
Otherwise I hope for the best and try to dex. Working out decently so far. Just hate some of the contact attacks

one piece of advice for countering root is practicing dexing specials on people that have hard to dex special attacks!

another piece of advice is using power lock, burn, and drain champs so the opponent cannot use special attacks!

I think it'll take some getting used to. For the most part, I'm not having too much trouble with it, unless it's Rogue's sp1. I just can't seem to dex the second hit and take a ton of damage.

I hate the icon. It looks like cripple from Annihilus. I don't mind the circle, but it should have been green so it looked like you were locked in place by the time stone. It already has the shape of the timestone spells Dr Strange used.

Then it would look like Doom's Aura. I think purple is way cooler (grammar?) looking. Also, it wouldn't make sense as a function of time-spells since you can move, just not cover distances. I feel like it would be more of a gravity-type situation, and therefore purple or blue would feel more appropriate.

Personally I think it should be yellow so it is easier to see

I think the color should be something brighter, maybe a brighter red or blue. It just looks wonky as purple
