Is there an issue with dexterity and parry in AW?

in Bugs and Known Issues
In this last round of alliance wars, there were several people in my alliance including myself that could not dexterity or parry? Tore us up pretty good to! Anyone else having similar issues?

    Games running as badly as I’ve ever seen it , just keeps lagging and not reading controls in the lag time, keeps missing my blocks
