Is the Glory Store items getting a "cost" reduction for Cav players?

Early leaked notes and videos indicated that Cav glory store would see reductions in the price of certain items. For Example T1A.

Is that still the case or are there only the changes being made listed in the mail in our inbox today? I have been saving my Glory for the discounts but now I am confused if they are actually coming?
