No Happy Anniversary Gift for me :(

I opened Mcoc and I got my title (howling commando) but I didn't got my 5* shards for uncollected . Also I didn't receive the HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MAIL (which contains the shards). What should I do @Kabam Miike ?

Exactly the same here. I opened the game and only got the title and gold and battle chip bonus. but got no shards. Such a generous gift, thanks Kabam! But please help us
