Morningstar Var. 6 souls not generating

Noticed while I was fighting Venom on the middle path in Variant 6, had Morningstar in the team with Guillotine for synergies. Hit the SP3 but when it finished and I started attacking in, there wasn't any proc for capturing the soul and my charges stayed at the same level. Bugged?

    Agreed, the counter was not displaying but was procing

    With suicides, I didn't end the fight with sp3, I launched it in the middle of the fight.... But I got the soul when started the next fight! Weird
