Mojo prompts not triggering all the time
I've noticed recently since ranking up my Mojo that occasionally when at 5 charges, when a new prompt comes up the symbol will appear under the health bar, but the text prompt will not trigger (where it usually will say "use a special attack" or "block a hit").

Morningstar Var. 6 souls not generating
Noticed while I was fighting Venom on the middle path in Variant 6, had Morningstar in the team with Guillotine for synergies. Hit the SP3 but when it finished and I started attacking in, there wasn't any proc for capturing the soul and my charges stayed at the same level. Bugged?
