Act 5.2.1 Power Shield Node not working

Been working my way through 5.2.1 and the global power shield node is not functioning correctly. The basic attacks are dealing no damage, but the special attacks are dealing normal damage instead of the 400% more damage that they are supposed to. Tested with Hyperion 5* R3 (SP2 w/ 3-4 furies only dealing 2,000-3,000 dmg without crits), Cap IW 5* R5 (SP2 w/ 5 kinetic charges only dealing 105k dmg. Normally see that dealing 80k-100k so no multiplier).

    Do ther not hav a lot of aromer one that node like 90 procent so if you’re act do’s not crt I’m wil said it normal
