Question

My account is level 15 but has not beaten Act 2 yet. Will I have to beat Act 2 to gift?
If I have to, can I still gift if I beat act 2 after the gifting event starts and be able to gift?

Yes, you have to finish Act 2 to gift. I'm not sure if you will qualify if you beat act 2 after the event starts (which it has), but you can certainly try

This sucks!

I just started a lame alliance with doing low level aq and helping new players advance. I was surprised that I was the only one getting points in that alliance event.

Kabam yall still just sucking the fun out of every part of this game ...
