Is this board bugged? Multiple occurrences of using Magneto where his heavy will initiate unstoppable yet either the regen passive or the spectre debuff do not activate. Similarly, he’s taken thorns damage on Electro despite having non-contact attacks.

Sentinel also doesn't trigger any Regen once analysis is complete and his heavies trigger unstoppable passive
