Using Quake against Mix Master Korg in AW. Do this every war. Tier 6 currently. First time I have ever seen it happen but Korg was hitting me while I was holding heavy. Nothing triggered “evade failed”. He was just bypassing quake and hitting me while charging heavy.
Any reason for this I’m missing?

    He probably means if enemy has Assassin mastery. You get lowered ability accuracy if you're below 18%. Ie lower evade chance
