Dr. Strange buff, to strengthen his claim on being the 'Sorcerer Supreme'

Hi guys
This MCU meme teleporter could use some additions, especially after the years of where the contest have developed...
Under Oshtur's Refuge
- 90% chance to turn opponent's buff into the opposite debuff on basic attacks (eg. Regeneration into Degeneration)
- and 100% chance to Absorb or turn a debuff into an opposite buff for Dr. Strange on basic attacks. "Absorb" stores and pacify debuffs to be later "Bestowed" to opponents through Special Attacks.
- 3rd Special Attack, causes "Exorcism". Formed by the help of minimum of three debuffs on the opponent and also from the "Absorb" debuffs on himself. "Exorcism" reduces all attribute ratings of the opponent (Armor, Resistances, Attack) and 100% chance to block their chance to trigger buffs or giving out debuffs. The more debuffs are used, the more potent Exorcism's attribute reduction will be.

Signature ability
Under Osthur's Refuge
- X% chance for opponent's buff (and Unique buffs) to be given to Dr. Strange instead, while the opponent gets a debuff version opposite to their supposed gain buff. Like if Colossus supposed to get his Armor, he gets Armor Break instead while Dr. Strange take that Armor for himself.
- 3rd Special Attack consumes existing buffs and turn into "Empower", he Bargains three blessings to be used all at once. Raising attribute ratings and improves the blessings potency... all by X% for 13 seconds

In conclusion, I want to make Osthur's Refuge as Dr. Strange's momentum for a 'Saiyan' form and for him to keep 'control' and 'counter' opponents.

Hey! Saw your post, and took a little while to deliberate.

First of all, while the buff/debuff reversal is definitely a good idea, I feel like it's chance should be reduced, maybe to 60% or less. These are on Basic Attacks after all, so it's extremely likely to occur at least once in a combo.

Secondly, I hope that awakened ability is only an addition to Dr. Strange's current one. Otherwise I think it's pretty good of an addition

Lastly, maybe come up with ideas to boost his Armor and Fury phases as well. For example, Dr. Strange could heal for damage he would've taken on Perfect Blocks (Armor phase), or could increase his attack rating for each buff on himself/the opponent (Fury phase). Some way to cycle through them would be useful as well (e.g. on sp1, or heavy attack).

Oh yess, it will be really OP for 90% chances on basic attacks...

I think again that the 'Absorb' mechanic should be done through critical hits or by idling for 1 second like Sabretooth is with his fury.
Right, the 'Parry' could be more involved in Strange's gameplay as well... and furthermore I also think that in his Armor phase he should enable 'Auto-Blocks' too for more chances to apply the 'Absorb' feature by idling on the spot.

I think so too for it to be an addition. The current 'counterspell' sig. ability will be one of Dr. Strange's fuel to turn into his "Empowered" state.

It may be hard to face him, but I think that the "Exorcism" should also apply Power Burn and Power Lock if more than 4 debuff counts are consumed.

In his attack mode
- First successful Dexterity activate unblockable and unstoppable buff for several seconds
- Special Attack 1 and 2 gives Armor Break

In his health gain mode
- First Parry-ed attacks and special attacks allows him to 'heal on block' for the mode's duration
- Special Attack 1 and 2 gives Weakness

In his armor mode
- "Quote" for "Buff-Reversing" basic attacks, any Buffs with no-opposite version will be nullified
- Grants "Auto-block" and Parry along with it. It affects non-contact attacks for this mode.
- Idle for a duration to pacify debuffs and "Absorb" them
- Special Attacks bestows "Absorbed" debuffs back to the opponent

Well-Timed Blocks also applies to non-contact attacks
In his attack mode
- The mode is not part of the blessing cycle... it is immediately active on Dexterity.
- One-time activation on each mode, wait for a new mode to use it again.
- The mode lasts for shorter duration
- Special Attack 1 and 2 gives and stacks Armor Break
- Special Attack 3 immediately return him to previous mode

In his health gain mode
- Special Attack 1 and 2 gives and stacks Weakness
- First-time Parry activates "Heal on block" for the mode's duration

- 3rd Special Attack instead applies "Exorcism". Possible by consuming minimum of 3 debuffs from the total of his pacified debuffs and the ones already on the enemy, it severely weakens enemy attributes (Armor, Resistances, Attack, etc) for several seconds
- "Exorcism" still allows the enemy to gain buffs and give debuffs... it does run the "Buff-Reversing" mechanic
- If 5 debuff counts consumed, also applies Power Burn and Power Lock on the opponent
