Does despair reduce Immortal abominations willpower healing?

So Immortal abom places poisons on himself which in turn give him willpower healing, however for each poison, the healing is reduced. 1 poison gives around 75 health per second on 6* r2 while poisons gives around 65. Is this due to the despair mastery or am I misinterpreting the description of poison in mcoc. (Reduces healing by 30% but idk if that reduced healing stacks,) or am I missing one of immortal aboms abilities.

But does that healing reduction stack?

I think Poison heal reduction is multiplicative not additive.
If 1 poison does 30% reduction then 4 poisons would make healing ≈24% effective

Poison being multiplicative can't reverse healing.
You'll need despair or petrify mastery for that.

For iAbom poison heal reduction is 50% less effective so poison won't affect him but despair will still reduce his healing.

Basically if you bring Ibom to war do not expect him to be healing very much off poisons.

But if you brought Ibom to war you're probably using him for the Stunning Reflection mini anyways, so...
