Cannot open holiday box

I was too busy to open the holiday box on Christmas Day. I tried to open it today. I still cannot open it. It keeps saying "No peaking and don't shake the box". Yeah, some gift if you cannot open it.

    Go to the Holiday store. You can open it there. If that doesn't work, you should contact support.
