Side Event Quest

So as everybody knows that today we were going to get the ticket for the side quest which we can claim in the store to get tokens to enter in the side quest. But after claiming the ticket from the mail, when I went to store to claim it, I did not receive any tokens. The game kept loading then it crashed when I reopen it I can't do anything the home screen appears with less brightness(not the problem of brightness setting of my phone). What should I do? Kabam please solve the problem.

This sorta things happens to me with selectors usually. Very annoying but what I do is just drag the panel at the top down for a few seconds and for some reason the game loads a bit and then it works for me again.
