LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 NOT HAPPENING

IN ARENA,OCCURING WITH MANY CHAMPS LIKE IRON MAN,MORDO,QUAKE ETC. WHEN CLICKING FOR LEVEL 1 OR LEVEL 2 THE POWER IS BRING USED BUT THE ATTACK IS NOT WORKING !
DEVICE IS LENOVO A3000-H,ANDROID VERSION 4.2.2 !

I've had this same issue with quake, hulk and Thor so far in basic arena and act 4. I press to activate a special attack and the energy is consumed but nothing happens.

PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!

I'm seeing the same issue, plus appearing in multiple threads by other players. You described it well - I've only seen it happen when I've been on the back foot against AI - never yet when I'm chaining at the end of a combo.
