Specials fail & still burn your power

So @Kabam Miike this issue is fixed was your annoucement yet the issue persists. Do question is do you ever get tired of looking foolish in front of the entire gaming community by conveying this nonsense forward or are you really that ignorant of what is actually going on within the game. I choose to believe your just a puppet, conveying what your told to true nor not in order to get player buy in. When the reality is none of what you've put out there is true, no fix, no clue but just keep playing and spending please.

You folks really need to get your customer service in line or a see another mass exodus of long time committed players leaving.

Time to come clean Kabam, transparency is required now to earn back trust. When can the community expect the fixes promised?

    I've had it occur 4 times this morning already. Really starting to become unplayable now sadly. I've played through most bugs but now I cant use my energy? ....sigh

    I had never even noticed an issue of this kind until after this last update. Not I can use either an SP1 or 2 and it just disappears whilst my champ then gets pummelled?
    This game is becoming a complete waste of time. It's been broken since you did that oh so wonderful update that nobody wanted months ago and honestly I'm about done now. Absolute waste of my time.

    I am very sad to realize that my efforts to advance in the game is bumping into this problem that is occurring every time when a special failure is going to power, health and energy ... I hope to count on the sensitivity of you in order to solve this problem

    Just a quick heads-up for anyone who might not have seen the announcement yesterday, we're aware of the issue with special attacks using power and sometimes being interrupted by either control inputs or the opponent and we're working on getting a hotfix out for it. We do not have an ETA for the hotfix at this time but hope to have it ready to go next week. You can get the full details on the hotfix and stay caught up on any updates for here:
