Skill 6* Rank up?

I have Stealth Spidey and Nick R5 already but have 6* skill rank up gem from completing act 7.1

Was tempted to do Black widow but not sure

I am a huge BWDO, but Falcon is total beast.

I really like falcon but he relies on his sig ability for crazy damage.

Might go with BWDO then
