I have a mystic mystery here... can you help me unravel it?

Have a ton of mystic ISO about to expire. I was all set to use it on Symbiote Supreme for the Act 6.2.6 Champion boss, but just pulled a Black Widow CV. I also have yet to do ROL, Variant completion (1,2,5), Variant exploration (all).

Who should I rank up

    Good info, thanks.

    Do suicides help for the Champion?
    I'm only running 3/3 glass cannon. I decided to unlock and run 3/3 despair, 5/5 deep wounds and 5/5 assassin.

    Deep wounds & mystic dispersion help the most. Assassin doesn't help much, only useful from 18-10% in that fight. I wouldn't use suicides unless you're really good at intercepting.
