Restarting the game works for me. Sometimes it takes a few restarts but they come back. CG is uneffected and it's just visual. He still gets his charges and isn't losing any attack or Crit rating.

Nick Fury is the main one being affected as he starts in 2nd life. If you see the charge missing before the fight, restart the game until it comes back.
