My specials are not working,delay in blocking

Kabam idk what is happening sometimes my specials work and sometimes doesn't ,and there is too much delay in block which has cost me a lot,please work on it

My specials are not working and I have use over 800 units trying to beat master level because of it have played the game since it came out and never had this happen before and would like to be repaid for some of it
