I don't have a hood. But i used to play him as a 3 star back in the day. He was a Very useful champion.

Ok so.
He shouldn't be nurfed in the first place.
Just keep his utility and add the extra damage with his kit.
Don't trade one for another.
As simple as that. That's a tune up.
He is not a game breaking character in the first place.
Instead asking for rank down tickets let's just show support for not nurfing him in the first place. It messes up his rotation and playing style and usage.
Let's not do that.

    It still is the hanging thread by which this community lies on, a dangerous line of balance to tip the scales. When I got 4k Agrees, I was like 'eh'. When I got 2k LOLs, I was instantly happy and excited, I had virtual party to celebrate, I felt like I had done something with my life at last.
