In simplest terms, the way you Quake BW is the same way you Quake Domino by starting the fight by charging heavy attack, this will shut off BWs AAR.

Huh? You don't gain any ability accuracy doing this, you just turn off the opponent's AAR since it activates after the start of the fight.
