Red/new Xavier school cyclops buff idea

I think that each beam should give an incinerate. Even through block. They already gave him block crits and increased damage on blocked beam hits so if he could lower the enemies block proficiency by 300% by chaining 2 S1s he’d be a monster. He’s the RoL cyclops so it makes no sense that Blue would be better. I feel like this buff would fix that but not make him broken
